7:30-9:15 p.m. Youth meetings begin at the church for youth in 6th to 12th grade.
17th (Friday)
7:00-9:00 p.m. “Welcoming the Stranger:” Responding faithfully to the immigration debate. Meets at North Park Covenant Church. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.
19th (Sunday)
10:00 a.m. Worship and Children’s Sunday School resumes for kids age 2 to 5th grade. Classes meet during the second half of the worship service.
11:30 a.m. Confirmation classes begin.
Also in September
Adult Bible Groups form and begin meeting. Sign ups begin September 12th. The dates and times of the groups vary.
The Christian Formation team has been hard at work behind the scenes planning Bible Groups for this fall that will focus on studying God’s Word together. We are organizing the groups and providing facilitators to guide these groups and hope you will consider being a part by signing up. Groups will meet bi-weekly on various nights throughout the week. Sign ups for Adult Bible Groups will begin during the Ministry Fair on September 12th after worship, and groups will begin meeting in early October.
Join us in worship this Sunday, August 29th and witness a young woman take a significant step of faith in receiving the sacrament of baptism.

If you have not renewed your Child Safety Policy in the last two years, there will be two more renewal sessions on August 22 at 9:15am and 11:30pm in the Nina Larson Ministry House (4159 N Monticello Ave)-choose one.
