Grace Covenant Church is planning to celebrate the sacrament of baptism on Pentecost Sunday, May 27th. If you would like to make your relationship with God through Jesus Christ public through believer baptism please contact Pastor Mandy by email or call the church office (773) 478-0208.

North Park, Resurrection and Grace Covenant Church are partnering this year for Vacation Bible School.

Dates are June 18-22 with an extended day option on Wednesday. VBs is for children ages 3 years old (potty trained) to 5th grade.

This year  there will not be registration at the door. Please find the registration at the top of this post. There are some scholarships available at Grace. Contact children@gracechurchchicago.org if you are interested.

You can turn applications directly to North Park Church office, bring them to Grace Church office or hand them to Damaris Cami after a Sunday Service.

If you need to be reimbursed for an expense, please download and print out the forms provided here.  Please email the form and a PDF of your receipts to the church office.  Regular mail will work too! Just send your receipts and the completed form to the church office marked “Expense Reimbursement.”

An Easter craft party will be hosted on Saturday, April 7th from 10-11:30 AM for children ages 3-12 at the church building.  Egg dying, crafts, and the Easter Story will all be enjoyed.  If you are interested in helping with a table or donating boiled eggs for dying, please contact our children’s ministry coordinator.  We will also be having an Easter Egg Hunt for children up to 6th grade following the service on Easter Sunday.  If you have peanut-free candy that you would like to donate please pick up one of the empty Easter bags in the sanctuary and bring it with you next week filled with candy.

Justice with Grace is collecting children’s socks and diapers (all sizes) throughout the Advent season.  These items will be distributed through the FED at Grace ministry in addition to the food boxes.  Please look for the “sock drawer” and “diaper bag” in the sanctuary to make your donation.

If you would like to be part of the on-going conversation of going “Deeper in Christ and Further in Mission” at Grace, please plan to join us for a Deeper and Further Workshop on Saturday, January 7th, from 9 a.m.-3p.m.. We’ll explore scriptures on the purpose of Christ’s church, discuss realities for our local church context, and pray for our shared ministry. All are invited. Peter Sjoblom from the ECC’s regional office will lead us. Lunch and childcare will be provided.

We have created some posters to share the light of Christ during Halloween.  These posters will be hanging in the window of the Nina Larson Ministry Home along with some flashlights imprinted with the Grace Covenant Church logo as well as our church website.  Feel free to download these posters to use at home or to shrink them down and hand them out this year!
