Youth sailing trip
August 3, 2007Mark Olson has offered to take a small group of youth for a ride on his sailboat on Lake Michigan, Saturday, Aug. 18, 4:00 – 9:30 pm. A great way to see the Chicago skyline at dusk!
We are limited to 5-6 participants and one other adult, and to make it fair we will begin contacting the oldest youth to see if they can come and work our way down by age until we have six participants. Mark will plan to leave from Grace at 4:00 pm and return by 9:30 pm, and suggests that it’s a good idea to bring a sub sandwich and some munchies. It’s probably also a good idea to bring a bottle of water.
